Do I lose picture quality?
No. The picture is copied frame by frame, not re-encoded. That is also why it is so fast.
Can I just turn the sound down?
Not here: this tool takes the sound out completely. To keep the sound separately, use Extract audio first.
Is my video sent anywhere?
No. Everything happens in your browser, on your own device. Nothing goes to a server.
